SharedVibes is a social platform that allows users to share music links from various streaming platforms, add comments, and interact with other users through reactions. We do not host any music content directly.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of SharedVibes, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant SharedVibes a non-exclusive license to display your content. You agree not to post:
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Harmful, abusive, or harassing content
- Spam or misleading information
- Content that violates any applicable laws
5. Daily Limits
Users are limited to sharing 5 music links per day. This limit resets at midnight and helps maintain quality content on the platform.
6. Third-Party Services
SharedVibes integrates with third-party music platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Bandcamp). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
8. Disclaimer
SharedVibes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the content posted by users or the availability of third-party music platforms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
